Urban Terrain Enhancement Kit (UTEK) furniture offers a versatile, robust and realistic solution for urbanised training environments. Combining recycled rubber blocks and printed plywood with a novel nylon rod fixing system that gives the structure rigidity but flexibility to survive repeated impacts, this innovative product can be easily moved to modify room layouts and utilised by personnel for barricading doors and creating protective structures. It is designed to be heavy and stable, preventing it from being easily knocked over while allowing for easy movement and relocation within the environment. The rubber construction is compatible with simulated ammunition with no impact on its integrity.

As part of its Urban Training Support product range, 5C Consulting offer replica training mines, available in black or green. These recycled rubber replicas weigh the equivalent of a TM 62 mine but are easy to carry and place whilst being robust enough to be regularly driven over. These replica mines add an element of realism to any training situation be it urban or rural based. The sustainable recycled rubber is rugged and hard wearing. These replica mines are 300mm in diameter, 50mm in height and weigh 2.6kgs. They come with handle cut outs for easy lifting and storage.
